Here’s a step-by-step guide to making delicious baked Parmesan Chicken Nuggets:

Ingredients:

  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt, divided
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper, divided
  • ½ cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian herb blend (optional)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • ½ cup melted butter

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
    • Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly spray it with nonstick cooking spray. Place a wire rack on top of the baking sheet and spray it lightly as well.
  2. Prepare the Chicken:
