Ingredients:



- 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt, divided
- 1 teaspoon black pepper, divided
- ½ cup buttermilk
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten

Instructions:


- Preheat the Oven:
