5 CHICKEN RECIPES FOR KIDS

1. Crispy Chicken Tenders

Ingredients:

- 1 lb chicken tenders or chicken breast cut into strips
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (or panko for extra crunch)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 2 eggs, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray or oil for baking
Instructions:

- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Dip chicken strips into beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spray lightly with cooking spray.

2. Chicken and Veggie Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into small pieces
- 2 cups mixed veggies (carrots, broccoli, bell peppers, etc.)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions:

- Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add garlic and veggies, stirring for 5 minutes until tender-crisp.

Ingredients:

Instructions:

Ingredients:

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup mixed veggies (peas, carrots, corn)
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:

- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix chicken, rice, veggies, soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish and top with shredded cheese.

Ingredients:

- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 3 tbsp honey

- 1 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
- Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:


- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and garlic.
