  • 2 lbs beef chuck, cut into cubes

Instructions:

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 8 small tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce

  • 1/4 cup salsa

Instructions:

  3. Add beef and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
  4. Stir-fry broccoli for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Return beef to the wok and toss to combine. Serve over rice.

Recipe 4: Beef Meatballs in Marinara Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 egg
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 cups marinara sauce

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
