Ingredients

- 1 pound chicken oysters (tenders or gizzards)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- Vegetable oil or cooking spray for frying
Instructions


Step 1: Prepare the Chicken
- Rinse the chicken oysters under cold water, pat dry with paper towels.
- Season with salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper (if using).
Step 2: Dredge in Flour

- Dredge the seasoned chicken oysters in flour, shaking off excess.
Step 3: Dip in Eggs
- Dip floured chicken oysters in beaten eggs, coating completely.
Step 4: Coat with Breadcrumbs

- Roll egg-coated chicken oysters in panko breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
Step 5: Fry


- Heat about 1/2 inch (1 cm) of vegetable oil or cooking spray in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

- Remove from oil and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
